Cinnamons are an American rabbit breed, developed in Montana by Ellis Houseman and accepted into the ARBA standards in Tacoma, WA in 1972.
Cinnamons are a commercial breed weighing in at 8.5 to 11 pounds. They are a rich, russet brown color - deep Cinnamon. Although not considered "endangered", they are also a rarity in the showroom. They are number 8 on the unofficial ARBA Top 16 list of Rare Breeds!
